Just about every hunter goes to the range to check the zero on their favorite rifle; the most important tool they use is a rifle rest to hold a good group. Now hunters can go to the field and use a portable rifle rest.

This revolutionary new design rifle rest made from a molded urethane foam around an insert plate and has a durable skin and will last for years and weighs only 4 oz. The rifle rest has a built in mount for a camera tripod of any height.

There are three sizes available.
Narrow, with the bottom width of the V notch ½ inch and the top of the V notch 1 ¾ inch.
Standard, with the bottom width of the V notch 1 ½ inch and the top of the V notch 2 ½ inch.
Wide, with the bottom width of the V notch 2 ¼ inch and the top of the V notch 3 ½ inch.

Sizes are about 2-½ inch wide by 2-¼ tall, with the length being approximately 2 inches longer than the width of the notch at the top. According to the manufacture the rest is unaffected by moisture and temperature. 40 degrees below zero and to 130 above.

Sunlight may deteriorate the foam over time if left in direct sunlight for years, I have used this rest with a camera tripod and a lawn chair hunting ground hogs and is a sure rest shooting at 250 yards for a confirmed kill.
