ALPHA
& OMEGA GUN WORKS FIREARMS ACCESSORIES
The
art of the pistol is one that requires patience, practice
and if you read the latest publications, lots of money
and a good pistolsmith. When I shot competition in
the military, I learned a lot about fundamental shooting.
In doing this I have been happy taking a pistol out
of the box and putting accurate rounds through a target.

The majority of pistol owners, buy factory weapons,
never making a modification. After some time and a
little experience we learn that things can be done
to improve our shooting. Most of us do not have lots
of cash to spend tweaking our pistols. These add-ons,
adjustments and replacement parts do make a difference
in the accuracy of our shooting. There is just so
much to know and most of us consider ourselves to
be under-qualified to start taking tools to our guns.
If someone would just make some helpful add-ons that
were affordable and easy to understand and install.
Someone does!
Alpha & Omega Gun Works introduced me to a product
that fits exactly into the category that I described.
They have put together a package designed to get some
high-end performance out of your pistol, without taking
a gunsmithing class. They offer a compensator and
a two-stage guide rod for your 1911 that is designed
for you to add-on without hassle and complication.
There is a unique design to the compensator. It simply
replaces the barrel bushing. That's it. It is very
easy to install. The two-stage guide rod simply replaces
the existing one. In less time than it will take you
to read this article, you can install this hardware
to your weapon.

This package will increase the accuracy of your shooting.
What it does is simple. It decreases your felt re-coil.
This in turn will increase your accuracy. I will enjoy
shooting my pistol with this fine attachment.
